every step happens in Dallas.
In-house, end to end
We don't outsource. We don't import finished frames and slap a label on them.
The steel arrives at our shop as raw stock, and it leaves as a finished, fitted, and tested assembly with your name on it. Here's how that works.

Design & Engineering
We produce shop drawings for your review and approval. Sightlines, hardware, finish, glass type, smart-glass integration, thermal performance — every detail is locked in before we cut a piece of steel.

Fabrication
This is where the work happens. Our team cuts, welds, and grinds each frame by hand. Smart-glass channels are routed through the steel during this stage. Every weld is finished. Every seam is dressed. Nothing leaves the shop until it's right.

Finishing
Powder coat, patina, blackened steel, custom color match — finishes applied in-house and inspected before crating.

Delivery & Install
We deliver to your jobsite and coordinate installation. We don't disappear after the truck pulls away.

Stand Behind It
Every project is backed by our written warranty, provided with your order. If something isn't right, we make it right.
Lead times
Custom steel work isn't fast.
Plan on about 6–7 weeks from approved drawings to delivery, depending on complexity and finish. Steel rush orders are available when the schedule is tight, and smart glass projects add roughly two weeks. The earlier we're in the conversation, the better.
